Welcome to the seventh episode of the First-Person Perspective! In this on-going series, we will take a snapshot of what’s going on in the world of first-person games. This week we will look at Call of Duty Modern Warfare: Warzone, Sea Of Thieves, and Minecraft.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare: Warzone
There are some small updates to Modern Warfare on both the Multiplayer side and in Warzone that went live this week. First up a new operator Ronin has been made available in the shop. There are also 2 new weapon bundles available, Fool’s Gold II, and Toxic Ooze. Grab two buddies because Gunfight Tournaments are back! This time it is trios. For Warzone Trios Plunder is back. Finally, if you are looking to boost the Battle Pass the tiers will be on sale for only 100CP each.
Sea of Thieves
The latest update Ships of Fortune is set to launch on 4/22/20. In Ships of Fortune, players are cast as emissaries for one of the Outpost Trading Companies. This can net you rewards as you climb up the ranks of your respective company. The Reaper’s Bone has also emerged as a new company, and they are all about destroying others. This will also bring an update to the Arena Mode.
There is a new way to experience Minecraft. The RTX beta for Windows 10 brings a brand new experience to Minecraft! Join the beta to enjoy creator-built worlds with realistic lighting, vibrant colors, naturally reflective water, and emissive textures that light up. There will also be information available to help you learn how to create your own ray tracing-enhanced worlds. Or you can download tagged builds to just experiences the changes.
