The First-Person Perspective Episode 6


Welcome to the sixth episode of the First-Person Perspective! In this on-going series, we will take a snapshot of what going on in the world of First-person games. This week we will look at The Elder Scrolls Online, Valorant, Predator: Hunting Grounds.

The Elder Scrolls Online

As some of you may know there is a new expansion for ESO coming later this year titled Greymoor. In this update you can explore the frozen regions of Western Skyrim and the subterranean darkness of Blackreach. Both areas combining for the largest playable space of any new Chapter yet! If you’ve previously played The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, much of the Western Skyrim area and its locations might be familiar to you, with some notable differences you can discover for yourself. The underground realm of Blackreach is a vast subterranean complex. Containing many great treasures for would-be explorers to uncover, but also terrible dangers. The PTO is scheduled to get the update on 4/20/20 for those who have access.



VALORANT is the next competitive 5v5 tactical shooter based on Riot Games characters. This is a tactical shooter that meets hypernatural powers. Everyone’s has guns and a unique set of abilities, so how do you beat someone with the speed of wind? Use your own moves to outplay them and beat them to the shot. VALORANT is a game for bold strategists who dare to make the unexpected play, because if it wins, it works. The closed beta has started if you are interested in sign up here for a Riot account and make sure you have a Twitch account as well.

Predator: Hunting Grounds

Predator: Hunting Grounds is an immersive asymmetrical multiplayer shooter set in the remote jungles of the world, where the Predator stalks the most challenging prey. Play in first-person as a member of an elite 4-person Fireteam and complete paramilitary operations before the Predator finds you. Or, you can play as the Predator in 3rd person to hunt the other 4 players. Choose from your vast array of deadly alien tech to collect your trophies, one by one. The game is set to release on PS4 and PC through the Epic store on 4/24/20.
