FINAL THOUGHTS

Indie pubs continue to attract top tier talent offering more creative control. This is paying off in terms of new and original content. DC and Marvel have some bright spots but there is a heavy amount of regurgitation and the inspired content is limited. Whatever your opinion is, DC Comics is actually building some momentum. June releases from Marvel this month are scarce.  Meanwhile – DC has been in the headlines a lot as of late on the heels of the announcement of Zach Snyder’s Justice League coming to HBO Max. Can DC finally swing the pendulum away from Marvel?
