Analog Assault Episode 35: What is Gaming Disorder?

Recorded on Sunday, June 24, 2018.

Gamers have always had to live with various stigmas, but a recent announcement by the CDC is warning us that we may fall victim to “gaming disorder.” This week, we are talking about this new affliction and our own experiences with mental health and support. Is gaming disorder a serious issue? What can gamers do to fight bad stereotypes as well as help those who may truly need it?

Your submissions to Shots Fired get us talking about stress relief, the effects gaming disorder has on the community, games as a form of education, and Elder Scrolls Online.
