Xbox Live Games with Gold for August 2017

Every month those with Xbox Live Gold membership get a few free games from Xbox. The Games with Gold for August 2017 line up offers some interesting choices, so make sure you don’t miss out on these free games.

Play together with Xbox Live Gold. The August 2017 Games with Gold lineup for Xbox One includes: Slime Rancher and Trails Fusion. For Xbox 360 owners (and through Xbox One backward compatibility), August kicks off with Bayonetta, followed by Red Faction: Armageddon. August ‘s lineup provides over $89 dollars in value and up to 4000 gamerscore.

Games with Gold for August 2017 – Xbox One Games:

Slime Rancher is currently part of the Game Preview program and the full game will launch on 8/1/17 when it becomes free for Xbox Live Gold Subscribers and continues the trend of one of the Xbox One Games with Gold games being new releases each month (SpeedRunners in June and Runbow in July). In Slime Rancher, you control Beatrix LeBeau as she tries to make her fortune as a slime rancher. Trials Fusion builds upon the great gameplay of the Trials series to bring dirt bike racing to the Xbox One.

Games with Gold for August 2017 – Xbox 360 Games:

Bayonetta is a fast-paced hack and slash game from the developers of Devil May Cry and Resident Evil. Players take on the role of the witch Bayonetta who can shapeshift, wields several firearms, and uses magic to defeat her enemies. Red Faction: Armageddon is a 3rd person shooter game set on Mars where players are able to interact with the environment and blow almost anything up.
