Play together with Xbox Live Gold. July’s 2017 Games with Gold lineup for Xbox One includes: GROW UP and Runbow. For Xbox 360 owners (and through Xbox One backward compatibility), July kicks off with Kane & Lynch 2, followed by LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean. July’s lineup provides over $59 dollars in value and up to 4000 gamerscore.

Games with Gold for July 2017 – Xbox One Games:

  • Grow Up – July 1 – July 31
  • Runbow – July 16 – August 15

Grow Up looks to be an interesting puzzle game where you control BUD in his quest to rebuild MOM. Players will roll and fly around a new planet as the look for pieces of MOM with the help of a new friend. Runbow is a new release for the Xbox One (it is currently available on the Wii U and on PC) that looks very similar to one of last month’s free games, SpeedRunners. It is a multiplayer platformer where players race to be the first to get the trophy at the end of the level. Structures appear and disappear as the background of the levels change colors which will add to the craziness of having nine players in the level.

Games with Gold for June 2017 – Xbox 360 Games:

  • Kane & Lynch 2 – July 1 – July 15
  • Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game  – July 16 – July 31

Kane & Lynch 2 is a third-person shooter that takes place shortly after the first Kane & Lynch. Players control Lynch for most of the game with Kane available in co-op or as a computer controlled character. Lego Pirates of the Caribbean is similar to the other Lego games and follows the plots of the four Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
